Webb, 44, a
father of three children, started in arbitration at the insistence of his
father. Has category FIFA referee since 2005.
In 2010 he
directed the final of the Champions League to Bayern Munich faced with Inter
Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid, in which the Italian side , then
