The Blues continue
their preparations for the 2018 World
Cup in Russia. After their convincing victory (2-0) against Wales last
Friday, the Blues defy Germany on
Tuesday night (8:45 pm) in Cologne. Both teams already qualified for the World Cup in Russia.
Match Schedule:
France vs. Germany
Friendly Matches
Date: 14 November 2017;
Time: 8:45
Venue: Cologne
Germany does not like to lose even in friendly matches and the current World
Champion already has a very long run of matches without being defeated. They
were the only selection in Europe to make a perfect qualifier for the World Cup, winning the 10 matches
played and adding 30 points, which crowned as the undisputed leader of Group C,
11 points away from the second classified, Northern Ireland, which added 19.
In addition, on July 2 of this same year they won the Confederations
Cup, after winning 0-1 to Chile in the final. Just a few days ago they measured
another of the great European, England. Germany
imposed their rhythm of play and enjoyed a few occasions more than their rival,
but nothing prevented the match ended in a draw at 0.
It took a long time for France
to have a new batch of players that would allow them to compete with the best
in the world. In the last European Championship everything seemed prepared for them;
they were in a great moment and were acting as hosts. They did a good job but
lost in the final against Portugal.
